This is always exciting because it means that it is not already hyped up and that there would be an opportunity to tell you all about the NYX Total Control Drop Foundation before a million others on YouTube ;) I really hope you enjoy this first impression and review of the new NYX Total Control Foundation !! This foundation has a matte finish and is very long lasting ! I found that it performed BETTER than the Younique Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation and also provided a more smooth appearance and fuller coverage ! HUGE Holiday Makeup Haul

First I just want to apologize for the delay on this video.. I have been in bed with strep for 4 days now. Ugh definitely no fun but I wanted to get a video up for you all ASAP so I hope you enjoy this video ! Also, didn't realize that I hadn't filmed since using my camera to shoot fireworks and ALL of my settings were different. Heyy loves !! I have been having so much fun filming these YouTube 101 videos for you ! I hope you enjoy learning about the best lighting for YouTube videos ! I feel that I was always searching for the best makeup lighting but learned little by little over time. Therefore, I wanted to share with you the tips and tricks that I have learned to help improve my YouTube videos and to create the best lighting for beauty videos. You by NO MEANS have to have artificial lights to get a good, crisp picture ! You can achieve that with natural daylight by filming in front of a window. However, I wanted to go through all of the different ways that I have used lighting. Personally, I used to stress wayyy too much about what the daylight would bring me through my window so I opted for artificial lights. Some call them studio lights but I feel that they have been my saving grace ! Now I know that I can film any time of day regardless of if it is cloudy outside or not. That is the perk of having artificial lights for filming ;) I hope you enjoy this video !

All of my thoughts and opinions are my own. Curlformers are easy to use and a heatless way to get spiral curls. Save your hair the damage as long as you can tolerate laying on the curlers. I struggled trying to sleep with them in, but the longer you leave them in the better curl you are likely to get. I decided that these will be helpful to cut my hair routine in half by leaving my extensions in these curlformers spiral curls and taking them out when I want to use them. The glossy topcoat adds a gorgeous glassy look on top of any color, and the prismatic topcoat adds a little dimension that looks almost iridescent. The five shades that I am discussing and swatching are: 05 - stripped down, 10 - never bare, 25 talk back red, 35 - berry naughty, and 40 - violet rebel. There are three other shades in the collection as well: 15 - fight me fuschia which is a bright pink shade, 20 - orange outburst which is an orange with a tint of red to tone it down a bit, and 30 - red-dy or not which is a very dark red. First I want to say that none of the mentioned products or companies were sponsored. When I decided to start self tanning I looked up countless videos of different options to help me decide, so I wanted to provide a helpful video for other girls like me that are in the same situation ! I bought each of these products with my own money and felt very happy with the results from the purple Victoria's Secret Self Tanning Lotion and the Loving Tan 2 Hour Express in Dark !! These two are my favorites, and I can't wait to compare them this summer to determine my top contender !



The best self tanning tips that I have learned:

-Exfoliate

-Moisturize (Especially wrists, hands, elbows, armpits, knees, ankles, and feet)

-Use circular motions

-Try not to bend your arms too much until the tanner is somewhat dry to prevent creasing

-Apply when you have time to lay around in loose clothing to avoid damaging any nice items

-Wash the tanner off once you are satisfied with the color

-Try to avoid exfoliating the tan off until you want to start fresh again

-Pat dry after showering

This is my second pair of extensions ordered from Zala Hair Extensions. The first review that I filmed on these was filmed about a year of use, and I was able to provide an in depth review on how they performed and held up over a year. This video is a look at what the extensions look like fresh out of the box. I then show you the difference between the Zala Burgundy Red extensions and the Zala Jet Black extensions, along with the comparison between a brand new set and one that has been through over a year of hot tools and styling. I think this is an awesome way to show a variety of these extensions in length, color, and amount of time used. I hope that this was interesting for you !! When I was trying to decide on a pair of red extensions I could not find many videos at all that showed the original color (before being dyed) or videos of the red extensions for that matter at all. After saving up tons of new products, I decided it might be fun to do an entire face of first impressions ! These products are not all new, but they are new to me. I tried to give my full opinion on these without making this video an hour long. If you haven't seen my previous video, I recently purchased the Video Creator Kit with the Canon Rebel T6i. Therefore, I am trying to figure all of these new settings out. I ran into a little trouble with fuzziness in the mic, and then invested in a Macbook. So I think iMovie was able to solve the fuzziness, but now I have a new camera, new computer, and new editing software. Hence the reason that it took me so long to upload this week. Sooooo excited to have new filming setup equipment ! I finally decided to go for a new camera and went with the Canon Rebel T6i. After many many manyyy hours of research, I decided to go with the Video Creator Kit due to the included Rode Video Mic Go along with many other extra accessories. I purchased my kit through Adorama on Amazon for $800. For the same price, Best Buy and Canon sell the Video Creator Kit, but without a lot of the extra stuff. This is a great deal, and I cannot wait to play around with this ! I am totally new to this professional style camera, so if you have ANY helpful tips and tricks, please help a sista out ;)

Younique Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation First Impression and Review

In this video I was able to show you all my first impression of the Younique Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation. This is the foundation that I am sure most of you have seen the viral videos on Facebook of people putting black and red sharpie on their faces and this foundation covering them right up. With a recent breakout, I wanted to put the foundation to the test and see how well it truly worked. I placed primer, the liquid foundation in Velour, and the Younique Mineral Touch Pressed Powder on my left side of my face. I placed only the liquid foundation on the right side. I then wore this throughout the day as I ran errands to show you all how well each side could hold up. This gave me the opportunity to review the foundation and compare wearing the liquid alone vs. putting primer and powder on as well. I also use this review to compare the Younique Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation versus the Younique Mineral Touch Pressed Powder. I hope that you found this helpful ! This time I decided to leave the goofy stuff/bloopers in and put them at the end for those that would like to see that side of me more often ♥ As soon as I saw the commercial for a pencil eyeliner with gel-like formula, skinny, and always sharp, I knew this was something that belonged in my makeup vanity. I am so glad that I found it because it is easily one of the easiest, smoothest pencil eyeliners I have ever used. However, I wanted to have a video for my subscribers that would like an in depth tutorial on how I apply winged eyeliner or for those that are beginners or that ask me in person how I make my eyes look that way. This is an in depth tutorial about how to highlight and
contour your face. I wanted to provide two options for those that prefer high
end brands and those who would prefer more affordable options. I used the same
routine with half of my face using high end products, and the other half of my
face using drugstore/affordable products. I know that this is a long video, but
I have had multiple people ask me for a detailed tutorial on my highlight and
contour routine. If you have any further questions, feel free to leave them in
the comments below !! Also, I understand that contouring is not for everyone.
There are people that do not prefer the look of contouring because when done
incorrectly, it can look like too much. I understand this, but for me,
contouring helps to pull my makeup look together for a glam look that I love.

I want to start by letting you know that this is my 100% honest and unbiased first impression and review on the Younique Mineral Touch Pressed Powder Foundation. I was not asked to talk about this product, nor was I sponsored/paid to talk about this product. Since this foundation is so hyped about, I wanted to try it for myself and let you guys truly know if it is worth the hype. A lot of the reviews on this foundation are filmed by Younique representatives, so I know it can be scary to trust the information. However, you can  trust that I have given you my own opinion and thoughts on this foundation as a paying customer ! ♥ Yes, my cousin sells makeup for the company, but she did not ask me to get this product or to talk to you all about it. I honestly have seen so many raves about it that I HAD TO have this for myself and see if it really is everything that it is claimed to be. I can tell you all that what they say really is true, it's crazy! This is the very first powder foundation that I have ever used that I am comfortable wearing alone, without liquid foundation. It truly provides that much coverage and looks like your skin was photoshopped !! LimoStudio 1600 Watt Softbox Lighting Kit Unboxing, Tutorial, and Review

I recently purchased the LimoStudio 1600 Watt Softbox Lighting Kit from Amazon. In this video, I unbox the kit, show how to put it together, and give my review and thoughts on this product. I purchased my kit for $85.00 US, and it comes with two light stands, two light bulb holders that each have four sockets for the light bulbs. These sockets are controlled by two switches on the back. One switch controls two of the light bulbs, and the other switch controls the other two light bulbs. The kit also comes with eight Digital Full Spectrum light bulbs. They are 45W, and the description says that the light bulbs are 6500K, but the light bulbs say 5500K on them. There are two reflectors in the kit to fit around the light bulb holders, and a soft box cloth and a diffuser cloth to create a more soft light. Lastly, the case comes with a carrying case. However, this case has no padding at all, so I am not sure how protective it would be to use when transporting your lighting kit.

Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase! Everything works well, and the price is such a great deal. I wish that the bulbs were 6500K like the description stated, but other than that, I am completely happy with this purchase!! Check out my video review from YouTube above !
